Eden Hazard has been in the news for the past year now as he is leaving Lille of France's Ligue 1 to move to a Premier League club.
The list of suitors for Hazard has been trimmed down to three clubs, Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea.
Yesterday it was revealed on http://www.dailystar.com.lb/Sports/Football/2012/May-25/174582-hazard-to-finally-reveal-new-team-after-belgium-friendly.ashx#axzz1vqbDGGnM that Hazard will make his decision after Belgium's friendlies with Montenegro and England next week.
By now, everyone knows about the 21-year-old, who had his most successful season at Lille with 20 league goals, including a hat-trick against Nancy in his final game with the French club.
All of this hype surrounding Hazard is eerily similar to the decision made by basketball star LeBron James in the summer of 2010 when he left his hometown Cleveland Cavaliers to join the Miami Heat.
James had to decide reportedly between six teams including the New York Knicks, Chicago Bulls, New York Nets, and Los Angeles Clippers, along with the Heat and the Cavaliers.
One stark difference between Hazard and James is that James had a one hour television special to announce that he was "taking his talents to South Beach".

Although, Hazard may not cause as big of a spectacle that James did, his decision will be highly monitored for the time leading up to June 2nd.
It is only fitting that fans deal with speculation about where Hazard will play next season for another week, as they have dealt with the speculation since the beginning of last summer before Hazard decided to spend one more season with Lille.
The same can be said for James, as speculation surrounding his exit from Cleveland began even before the 2009-10 NBA season, as his departure from his hometown team was more imminent towards the end of the season.
Even if Hazard is younger and is not as proven of a player as James was at the time of the decision, the hype and speculation around the Lille midfielder is Europe's version of "The Decision" made by LeBron James in 2010.
