NBA superstar Lebron James and 8 other celebrities with a taste for Fall River fashion

Every king needs his royal garments.

When basketball superstar Lebron James made history as the first NBA player to score 40,000 career points, he carried a piece of Fall River with him — a Vanson Leathers jacket designed with luxury brand Aimé Leon Dore.

On March 2, the NBA legend was photographed strolling into Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles before his 40,000-point game wearing the raffia leather jacket, made by Vanson in Fall River.

Vanson has made high-end motorcycle leathers since 1974, with their home on Broadway in Fall River since 1987. Their gear is suitable for everything from professional racing to looking extremely cool as hell.

Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James recently scored his 40,000th career point, and before the big game wore a Vanson Leathers jacket made in Fall River.

King James' ALD Vanson jacket is currently out of stock in black — but if you don't mind the light tan version, it's $2,250.

James is far from the only celeb photographed wearing Vanson products. Here are a handful of others:

But while the relationship between Bird and Johnson is dramatized in a new Broadway play , Anthony and James will meet for the 15th time in their careers and do so without much fanfare. James and Anthony first met in a USA developmental camp in 2001 . The two squared off in a high school showcase game the following year that pitted the player regarded as the best senior in the country (Anthony) against the one that was the best junior in the country (James), a game Anthony’s team wo...

After a slow start, Heat guard Dwyane Wade finished with 30 points, nine rebounds and six assists of his own. But Sunday afternoon was all about James and his gaudy numbers, virtually all of which we...
