Video: Lakers' LeBron James Embarrasses Daughter Zhuri with Dancing at 2024 Olympics

LeBron James may be one of the greatest basketball players of all time, but it turns out he is a typical father as well.

James and his family were in attendance for the women's beach volleyball match between the American duo of Taryn Kloth and Kristen Nuss and the Chinese team of Xue Chen and Xia Xinyi at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris on Thursday, and LeBron did a little dance after Kloth and Nuss earned the victory:

LeBron's dance caused his daughter, Zhuri, to cover her face with her hands in embarrassment, which is the hallmark of most father-daughter relationships.

After the American and Chinese tandems split the first two sets, lightning delayed the match early in the third set.

When the match resumed about one hour later, fans were not permitted to re-enter, so Kloth and Nuss essentially closed out their win in an empty venue, although LeBron and his family somehow managed to avoid being ushered out.

James and his USA Basketball teammates have been seen showing support for other Team USA athletes at several events in Paris, including gymnastics and table tennis.

The United States men's basketball team has been a much-watch attraction in its own right, starting the tournament 2-0 with wins over Serbia and South Sudan.

James, despite being nearly 40 years of age, has been a huge factor in Team USA's success thus far, averaging 16.5 points, 7.0 rebounds and 7.0 assists through two games.

LeBron won gold with Team USA at the 2008 and 2012 Olympics, but this year marks the first time he has competed in the Olympics in 12 years.

It also figures to be the final Olympics of his illustrious career, so there is undoubtedly a sense of urgency to go out on top with another gold medal.

Much like Kloth and Nuss advanced to the knockout stage in women's beach volleyball, the U.S. men's basketball team is already through to the quarterfinals.

However, the Americans can guarantee first place in Group C with a win over Puerto Rico on Saturday.
