LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers are gearing up for Game 3 against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday as their first-round series shifts to Target Center.
The Lakers and Timberwolves will break their 1-1 deadlock, with the former having the momentum after their impressive win in Game 2, 94-85.

With the Lakers expecting a hostile crowd in the next two games, they need to be more composed than ever.
So for James, what better way to relax and decompress before Game 3 than by watching a completely stress-free show: The 2025 NFL draft.
Or so it seemed.

"The Shop," the talk show co-produced by the Lakers forward, decided to have fun on Instagram and posted screenshots of messages from a fake group chat of James, Houston Texans star CJ Stroud, show creator Paul Rivera and James' business partner, Maverick Cart er, while they were tuned in to the draft.
"We need HELP! Hahahaha," said James in response to Stroud's question about who the Cleveland Browns should draft.

"Bron, good luck tomorrow them young boys in. Minnesota playing football! Have your chin strap tomorrow," added Carter.
"Already got my helmet, shoulder pads, chin strap and more. Ready for it!" replied the four-time NBA MVP.
Again, just to be clear: They're all fake.
Still, fans were amused by the post.
"Is that not their number on the side yo 😂," said a fan.
"Is that really Bron's number? 😂😂" asked another fan.
"Phoning LeBron rn," added a follower.
"Thanks for the LeNumber, gonna blow up my glorious king's line 😍😍," wrote a commenter.

"'Have your chin strap tomorrow' 😂😂😂😂😂😂," said a fan.
It's no secret that the 40-year-old James is a huge follower of the NFL, stating that he's a fan of the Browns, his home team growing up, and the Dallas Cowboys. Being in the City of Angels, he's also cheered for the Los Angeles Rams.
"The Shop" won a Sports Emmy for Outstanding Edited Sports Series in 2021.
It's not fake.
